Erica and Justin - Married - Sayulita, Mexico Wedding Photographer

Editing these images are a dream and day turned to night on the lush bluff that overlooked the Pacific on an overcast but hot day. This is preview #1 from a wedding day in Sayulita, Nayarit, Mexico. A truly laid back surfer’s gathering, artists and the lush tropical beaches.

It was a perfect place for Erica and Justin to say “I do” at Palapa Don Pedro.

I will do my best to name all the vendors in the full post.

Lilah - YYC Newborn photographer

This little angel! Our newborn session was on a rainy afternoon and baby Lilah was perfectly content snuggled up with Mom and Dad. This is reason #4802 that I love lifestyle newborn photography. Generally I come to you unless we agree to meet in my studio which is set up with natural window light. You don’t have to pack up babe and bring all your stuff, I come to you. That connection in your own nest is precious. Also can we talk about that newborn smile? She was just a little sweet peach.

See her mom and dad’s sweet and pretty Calgary Lifestyle maternity session here.

Gabrielle and Sam - Banff Engagement Session

It was pretty cool to meet Gabby and Sam for the first time in person, not on Skype at their engagement session. I love engagement sessions, especially in Banff and in the mountains or on a hike to take some time to get to know the couple. I know if helps ease nerves for wedding day photos. I also am happy to meet people and chat about their lives. They live in BC and are getting married here next summer at the lovely Calgary Golf and Country Club.

Of course I couldn’t resist a shot on the Parks Canada red chairs. I have a photo of my family on a them in New Brunswick. It’s a pretty cool bit of Canadiana!

Here is a preview or their Banff engagement session.
