I am so happy Nick and Lucy were from the UK and used to rain. On the night of the plan to propose, which I helped Nick concoct, it was pretty soggy but these two definitely shone bright. So romantic!
I love proposals, pure and simple. It is such a momentous decision to ask and answer a commitment of marriage. When Matt contacted me, we came up with a plan to take advantage of the best light, location and time ( he wisely chose sunrise ) for him to ask Elaina to marry him. Last Valentine's Day I went on of the most exciting shoots of my career. I had been contacted by The Pretty Haus to see if I was interested in covering a proposal on top of a mountain by way of a helicopter ride with Rockies Heli Tours . So I posed as a member of their team and rode in a helicopter with beautiful couple Dean and Sonia, the latter who was completely unaware, and took photos as they explored then Dean got down on one snowshoe and I captured the moment!
